The Company’s headquarters is in Suffield, Connecticut where we enjoy a rich history of many of the industry’s leading firearms brands, which is beneficial to AST for recruiting skilled labor and developing relationships with world class suppliers. AST headquarters is strategically located within five minutes of Hartford/Bradley International Airport, as well as many other large airports nearby. Within a few hours’ drive, we have quick access to major industrial hubs across New England and into New York, and New Jersey which connects us to additional suppliers.

With our combined experience, we have been involved in highly successful companies of all sizes, from startups to public companies. We have developed and launched products, been awarded patents on intellectual property, grown startups into leading positions, turned failing companies around, developed winning strategies, and have shaped the firearms industry for nearly 20 years. In addition to our highly capable management team, we also have talented machinists that are critical to product development. Our management team consists of the two founders (Joe Salvador, and Matt Dulude) and Joshua Waldron.
